it's rarely I have the heart shape, but this week has been crazy, I believe lol. With all of the Swine Flu news outbreak, International Night, speaking in class in Algebra, to finding my favorite sport and lastly, got asked to share my phone number...
Let's start with the Swine Flu thing, my band teacher, Mr. Walker, gave us a speech at the end of class on Wednesday, he said "I was waiting for someone to walk in with a mask on their face." It's because someone was putting on a mask on his face, and also wore plastic gloves on his hands xDD! He gave us a speech on how people need to use their common sense, if you would ever cough in your hands what would you do?... YOU WASH YOUR HANDS! If you start to eat or finish doing something what would you do? YOU WASH YOUR HANDS. It's just like a daily basic thing. &Why would you share food for?
Also he said "If you were to take the word 'Swine' out of the Swine Flu, what would you get? Flu!" So we don't have to freak out about it, because later it'll disappear (but of course later something will happen again =-="). I'm starting to have Sore Throat, which is not a symptoms of a flu, and I also screamed a lot today in International Night so yea...
For International Night, it was today May 1st. & It was pretty awesome, there were some rude people though =-=", they threw a watermelon candy at me ._.;"... There was a lot of pride that the performance take with, so it was great :)! Before the performance though, we played Bingo, and they were saying the number in Spanish (since it's a Spanish Booth), so Su, Chin&Sha helped me xD! I didn't won anything, just Sha won something (2 pieces of candies :d!) lol. Upstairs in the third floor, there was food, and it's $1/ticket. Unfortunately, we didn't have enough money, so I pulled out 1$ from my quarter bank, I gave the teachers the money. Suddenly, Ms. Diaz, my Algebra Teacher, took out 4$ from her inside shirt (my the bra o-O...). & she said I really forgot what she said but it's somewhat alike to "Here's my contribution." I said Thank You to her, but I felt that wasn't enough ._.;...
So today in Algebra, I spoke in class like somewhat like about 4 sentences, which is a lot because I rarely talk in there ._.; But I usually pass out graphing paper with the help of Christina :)! & today I caught a mistake from Ms. Diaz, so she gave me one point :D! I rarely have earn a point ._.;... So maybe that's why she gave me 4 extra tickets, but I really felt great-ful 8)!
Also in class, she said to us that when she was small she doesn't have a graphing Calulator or an advance Calulator, also her teacher was mean sorta. So her teacher is now a NASA person, making lots of money&is a genius. But he didn't tell her or her classmate how to understand the Standard Form of Quadratic function. She have to figure out herself on how to find the Line Of Symmetry by using the Standard Form, without knowing the Vertex. After that lesson I felt really inspired, on how she worked hard to get where she is today.
She also said she got straight A's from Kid-to University, expect on class she got a B. Man she is smart!
Last time I said I think I'm good at basketball, but now I think I'm good at Volleyball, esp watching Ueto Aya in Attack #1, I really know how to bump&surf. I even felt I'm much better than Mili, who wants to join the Volleyball team.
Okkie really this is my last topic since there has been lots of things happening, sorry about this long post ><
In Band, Andra(a girl) walked to me and asked me "There's this guy name Martin, and he want to know if you can share your phone number. So what is your response, decline or accept?"
I didn't know who the heck is Martin, I think didn't even listen to the right name xD! But it's one of those Drumers, I was clueless, but thanks to Virginia she said "Don't". So I said "Yea, decline." LOL. It was Jacob, I would really accept 8DDDDDDDDDD!! (he's a saxophone player) 8D``...
But really I thought no one would ask for my phone number, I really thought "Are you for real?!?! Me? Did you just get dared, or you want to prank call me?" Those were the questions in my mind. But even if Jacob, or my lab-partner-not-be-anymore, I would decline, because I don't know how to date, &I know I'm not such of a good talker at all. & I'm boring, where you can't hear my voice correctly, & my phone isn't really my phone it's my house phone, I don't have a cell ._.; Those are the factors why I declined. & I didn't even know that person.
There's lots more I want to talk about, but I'll post later :)! I need to sleep early now, need to leave home at 5:15AM for the Run To Remember Event ^^!
